| Professional Client Billing |
|
| The Professional Client Billing service is a client/server software add-on providing print-time selection functionality. This add-on consists of a client workstation pop-up, a server-side service, and an administrative toolkit, as well as the option to install either separately, or as part of the regular Equitrac Office installation. |

| You can configure this add-on using a separate administrative toolkit application that comes with Professional Client Billing. You must install the toolkit on the accounting server. Where this add-on differs from the original Equitrac Office Client Billing is in the extended features originally supported in the PrintLog Manager software, including: |
|
- an option in the pop-up style to disable Job Recall buttons for previously used settings.
- the ability to reuse previous values for all subsequent print requests. This enables the pop-up to run in “silent mode”, meaning it will not appear for that user after the first print in the sequence.
- the ability to reuse previous values when printing duplicate documents (for example, individual worksheets from a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet) within a configurable number of seconds.

| Professional Client Billing uses a tray application, noted by an icon that appears in the lower right corner of the client workstations, to enable users to set or reset values used when Professional Client Billing runs in silent mode, or when printing duplicate print requests. |

| Secure Document Release |

| SDR offers secure document release to provide security for confidential documents in hardcopy format. Equitrac Office already provides a complete printing audit trail that detects unusual or undesirable printing patterns, while SDR uses Network Transaction Stations for user authentication and secure release at printers. |

| Desktop Printing |
|
| This module enables printing data collection from desktop printers to a single Equitrac Office database, supporting desktop printers connected through parallel port connections. The license covers an unlimited number of desktops per Equitrac Office server and provides basic reporting functionality for desktop printing. |
